Exhibition And Brandling Park Community Trust
Mission Statement – Our mission is to engage the community to revitalize Exhibition & Brandling Parks through cultural, social and environmental initiatives. We seek to enhance the quality of city life by augmenting existing heritage and stimulating community creativity and local democracy.
The Parks have become more popular because;
- We have been able to ensure the environment is better; the Parks is safer, cleaner and well maintained
- The cafe in Exhibition Park has been opened
- There have been regular events for children, families and interest groups
- The first stage towards getting the funds to redevelop the Parks has been achieved
Due to lack of funding our development worker left the trust at the end of August 2007. We will continue to seek further funding.
