Membership
Newcastle Healthy City Project is a charitable company and a membership organisation. Membership is free and there are currently about 150 members. The majority of whom are involved in the work of the organisation.
The success of the Project depends on the commitment of its members to participate in the network by contributing views, skills, experience and resources.
Members elect the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting and the Board in turn elects a Chair and a Treasurer.
Membership of Newcastle Healthy City is open to individuals who live or work in Newcastle upon Tyne and support the aims and objectives of the Project. It offers the following benefits:
